On this guided tour you will get to know them and many more maritime things in the Old and New Harbors. The two-hour tour starts on a real life-saver, the deep-sea salvage tug "Seefalke". Within sight are the Technik-Museum submarine "Wilhelm Bauer", one of the most modern of its time, the lightship "Elbe 3" and the "Rau IX". The ninth of this series of ships was whaling between 1937 and 1939. In the next harbor basin, the "Whale" with its bulbous hull is moored, which used to ensure that one of the most important shipping lanes remained ice-free. The tour culminates with a visit to the last German full-rigged ship launched in Bremerhaven in 1927, the "Schulschiff Deutschland".TRAVEL SERVICES Tour guide Tour of the deep-sea salvage tug Seefalke Sightseeing of the steam icebreaker "Wal Sightseeing of the training ship "Deutschland NOTES Duration: approx. 120 minutes Exclusive guided tour for closed groups with max. 15 persons Possible languages: German Start/finish: High-sea salvage tug Seefalke in front of the German Maritime Museum / training ship "Deutschand".
