Die kleine Spielstätte am Theodor-Heuss-Platz, die vor allem für Schauspielproduktionen der jüngeren Dramatik genutzt wird, hat 120 Plätze. Die Niederdeutsche Bühne Waterkant ergänzt hier das zeitgenössische Programm mit mundartlichen Lustspielen.
