Charming new city apartment in the center of Traunstein. Coziness packed with style. This is probably the best way to describe our tastefully and casually luxuriously furnished new apartment.

Between the elegance of the old town and the timeless interior, an ambience was created to feel good and enjoy. The apartment is centrally located behind the Traunstein town square, with many shopping and dining options.

But jogging, cycling or simply going for a long walk is also possible after just a few minutes, for example on the river dikes of the Traun, in the urban green or in the old town.

The living area as well as the bedrooms were planned by a hotel decorator with a great sense of beauty, and the kitchen is also fully equipped.

Our accommodation is ideally located near several lakes such as the Chiemsee (Bavarian Sea) with year-round boat trips, including to Herrenchiemsee Castle as well as the Waginger, Tachinger and the Tüttensee. The legendary Königssee is also not too far away at 60 km. You can also set off on countless hikes and bike tours from Traunstein.

The surrounding mountains (mostly with cable car or chairlift) provide unforgettable Alpine moments in summer and winter and enchant with sunsets straight out of a picture book.

For a perfect day, trips to the Bavarian capital Munich (car or train approx. 1 hour) or to the Mozart city of Salzburg (car or train approx. 30 minutes) are also ideal.

The Berchtesgaden National Park is another recommendation and can be easily reached by car in less than an hour.

In our neighborhood there is also the Hofbräuhaus Traunstein with international brewery tours, the city park, the cultural summer venues, the Christmas market around the city church as well as various restaurants and delicatessen shops. Traditional bakeries and butchers as well as a supermarket can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. There is also a daytime café with great breakfast variations in the opposite passage.

Charmante Neubau-Stadtwohnung im Zentrum von Traunstein. Gemütlichkeit mit Stil verpackt. So lässt sich vermutlich am besten unsere geschmackvoll und zwanglos luxuriös eingerichtete Neubau Wohnung beschreiben.

Zwischen Altstadteleganz und zeitlosem Interieur entstand ein Ambiente zum wohlfühlen und genießen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral hinter dem Traunsteiner Stadtplatz, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomieangeboten.

Aber auch Joggen, Radfahren oder einfach nur ausgiebig spazieren gehen ist schon nach wenigen Minuten, z.B auf den Flussdeichen der Traun, im städtischen Grün oder in der Altstadt möglich.

Der Wohnbereich als auch die Schlafzimmer sind von einem Hotelausstatter mit viel Sinn fürs Schöne geplant worden, die Küche ist zudem voll ausgestattet.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 - Munich direction Salzburg - Exit at Ruhpolding / Siegsdorf / Traunstein.Turn left onto the B306 in the direction of Traunstein. Follow the road for about 5 kilometers (at the first traffic light go straight over until the second traffic light). At the second traffic light turn left towards the city of Traunstein, follow the road for about 1 kilometer past the Karl-Theodor parking lot (P2) up the hill. At the top of the hill, turn right into "Maximilianstraße" and follow this street until you reach the traffic light, where you turn right again into the town square. The pigeon market is located at the back of the town square. For loading and unloading the car can be parked there. Otherwise, we refer you to the free parking lot at the Festplatz (Siegsdorfer Straße) or to the parking possibilities at Karl-Theodor-Platz or the underground parking of the town hall.
