It is considered the most famous sausage in Eastern Switzerland: the St.Gallen bratwurst! The recipe for the sausage was first mentioned back in 1438. But what do we actually know about this culinary cultural asset? What ingredients does the sausage contain and why is it eaten without mustard? And the question of all questions is: who makes the best St.Gallen bratwurst? The tasting seminar is literally all about the sausage. We playfully introduce you to this emotional topic and reveal its secret. You have the unique opportunity to taste sausages from different producers side by side and decide which sausage is your favourite.

The minimum flat rate is CHF 490.00 and applies to a group of up to 10 people. 

The tour lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours, depending on the number of participants.
