Die Buchungsbestätigung der Reservierung muss mitgeführt werden.

Eine Stornierung der Reservierung ist maximal bis 48 Stunden vorher möglich.

Cancellation policy

Bookings may be cancelled at no cost until 18:00. (CET) on the day of arrival. Please cancel the reservation at the hotel. After this time, cancellations/no-show will be charged at 90% of the total cost of booking.

Payment policy

The service provider will not need a credit card to guarantee the booking. Payment is made on site.
