"The service was excellent , especially the 3 representatives that were in the check in once we arrived- one man, two women, i don't remember the names, but please check how was in that shift, their service was excellent and much appreciated"

"Breakfast was excellent, bar staff in the evenings were extremely attentive and location close to railway station was ideal. However, bedrooms were not well maintained i.e. the one bedside lamp did not work and neither did the air conditioning, meaning I had to open the window with people below smoking & making a lot of noise. Ironing had to be conducted by the side of reception in full view of everyone. Due to a major Exhibition being on in Munich, room prices went from 109 to 399 Euros per night, which for the standard of this Hotel is absolutely extortionate. Sorry but this is exploitation at its worst."

"We have experienced a very unpleasant moment with Mr. Gambino and the initial booking. We have booked a room for one person and one night on the 1st of April, 2025. The rate was € 132,00 per night incl. breakfast. We did not check the booking confirmation as we are a trusted customer and we relied that everything would be ok, but the booking confirmation was made out for three nights instead. The guest checked in on April 10th, 2025 and stayed for one night. After checking out on April 11th, 2025, the guest realized that a mistaken booking was made for three nights instead. I tried to talk to Mr Gambino several times on Friday, April 11th, 2025 and he admitted, that there was a misunderstanding from his side, but that he also remembered that we have booked for one night instead of three nights. He was willing to help telling me that he would come back to me withing the next minutes, which resulted in one and a half hour without replying. I called again, Mr Gambino was not available. After trying the third time I got through to Mr Gambino and he told me again that he would call me back within minutes. No callback. After returning back to the office we got an email instead, that we have booked for three nights and that a discount of 10% could be made. We suppose that this is not ok and also not sufficient, as it was clearly stated that it has been a mistake from his side. So instead of keep to the promise and to force a "gentleman agreement" on the difference of € 264,00 (we would agree to cover 50% of these additional cost in this case for not checking the booking confirmation beforehand), we have been left aside with no reliability from your side whatsoever. That should not happen for a well-known and renowned company as it is yours."

"As a loyal platinum all Accor member I try to stay with your chain of hotels. I fully realize that during Bauma prices are abnormal, so I’ll skip the price vs. quality comparison, but a few things really very below my expectations. No welcome package in the room, at reception I was told that there is a water in the room - there was none and I didn’t have the pillow case on the pillow. Unlikely to come back to this location."

"I did book 3 rooms, including a request for a baby bed. As this was important for my family, i did inquire a few days before arrival via email. The email was not answered by Accor. When I arrived in the hotel, the receptionist told me that no baby bed was available. If I would have known this, i would have booked another hotel as we were travelling with a baby of 1 year. The receptionist came across as uninterested & arrogant. Only after challenging him, he did check again and found a baby bed. Miraculously ! But it just shows that he wasn’t interested in his customers. As a silver member, this is not how I want to be treated. Next time I will book non-Accor hotels."
