"I reserved a 3-person room. When entering the room at 1:00am we found a room with a double-bed and a sofa. Complaining at the reception resulted in "the sofa is the 3rd bed. You can find bedding in the wardrobe". When I reserve a room for 3, I expect it to be prepared for 3, needless to say the answer from the reception was not what I wanted to hear. After a long time, she fainally managed to find us another room, prepared for 3."

"We are warmly welcomed by the reception office at around 6 PM and he was very kind and helpful. Checkin process was neat and we could reach to the room. We were not happy with the cleaning of the room so we requested a room change and new room was cleaned. During our stay, we didn't have a complaint in general. Architectural complaint: Toilet sink was too small. It was not comfortable to wash hands."

"The room where I was had really old and damaged furniture, the moquette was dirty and overall I felt like I was in the 80s. 300+ euro for this plus a standard breakfast for 2 nights it's definitely not worth it. You should modernize the rooms and definitely get rid of the old and dirty moquette. On the second day of my stay I was told to do breakfast in another hotel and it was slightly better than the Novotel one."

"Clean modern hotel. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast! Kids soft toy and little activities were offered at check in which was a nice touch. Room was clean and tidy. Could purchase microwave meals from reception to eat in room which was handy. We didn't pre purchase breakfast before the trip but could decide each day and pay if we wanted breakfast. Nice buffet option of hot and cold items."

"The staff were mostly nice and accommodating except for a South Asian woman who was very rude and impatient. The room was spacious and it was great to have two extra bed instead of one. Also the separate bathroom is a good idea. Room service was not consistently good. They did not change one of the beds one day and did not regularly add cups and coffee/tea. The location is a little far from the subway station but this is okay since the neighbourhood is safe and trendy. Finally, the room price was very expensive. I have been a loyal user of Novotel since 2013 and I thought I would get a better price."

"We decided to drive to our Lake Garda holiday with a two-night stay in Munich to break the journey. We left Calais at 6 am and the drive took longer than we thought, arriving in Munich about 12 and a half hours later. The suites hotel itself was really easy to get to which was a relief after a long drive... but... if you have a fully packed car with a low suspension, get additional passengers and a couple of bags out before taking the steep ramp into the car park. And go slowly. Scrape marks in the concrete are testament to those who haven't! Lift from car park takes you straight to reception where check-in was friendly, quick and efficient. The room was pleasant enough and there was a decent amount of space for the four of us (the reason we booked with novotel suites). The only criticism was that the blackout blinds weren't very effective and the fridge didn't work very well. The room seemed a little... tired. However, everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The area itself is quiet. There is a small shopping centre nearby with a supermarket that closes at 8. The only restaurant to eat at nearby was an Asian one at the centre, with the other places closed soon after 8 too. Five minutes to the nearest tram gives access to Munich which is a spectacularly fun place. Public transport was excellent value. A group up to five cost 17 euros for whole day on tram, bus and ubahn. And there is a ticket machine on the tram. In short, I would love to visit Munich again and would certainly return to this Novotel Suites Hotel."

"The check-in left us feeling very unwelcome. I checked in online and told we were arriving early. It gave an error report but still got confirmation mail saying the key would be ready when arriving. It wasn't, so we came back at 15 when the room was supposed to be ready. It wasn't, we were told it would take max 15mins but it took more, maybe 20-30mins and we had to go back to desk to ask about the situation. Some people got their room while we were waiting. Only got response: "it's the house keeping". Well, in my opinion the front desk answers to feedback, whether the house keeping is bought from another company or not. Because of this we didn't get any general information on where the room is, when the breaksfast is etc, the normal "welcome speeches" so we were left feeling disappointed and irritated. Because of this the stay started a little off. If the check-in is warm and welcoming you start with a good feeling and minor details or issues later won't bother that much. Otherwise, the hotel is ok, it's what you can expect from being a big hotel chain and affordable price. Nothing was surprising or exceptional: the room was ok and clean enough, the breakfast was ok. Lots of families with kids so it was nice to travel with a small child since there was other families also, there was small toys etc for kids, which was nice - maybe a small corner to play would be nice in the lobby, as there was a lot of families staying. Beds were comfortable, the room wasn't as spacious as we thought. Not much room to put your stuff in, but a microwave and fridge which is nice. There just wasn't much heart in anything we experienced. The staff was friendly but the service wasn't in any form exceptional, no one seemed to be very invested in making our (or anyone else's) stay exceptional, so the overall feeling was very mediocre."

"I booked this hotel because it offered a family room, where we could stay with 3 young kids. However, housekeeping was practically non existent. Front desk explained it is handled by an external company and if you dont clear the room early in the morning every day ( he suggested I leave by 8-9 am when I complained twice) then starting 12 they dont clean it properly, because then they attend to the check out rooms and leave the building by 14h. not my problem really how they organise it but , but by the end of the week long stay I could recognise all dirt particles on the floor and the bathrooms were a mess! oh and he explained that bedsheets to be changed only every 3 days! rooms were very outdated. Carpet flooring horribly old and dirty! and a family room hardly had any closet space- actually not a single "closed" closet ! At ca 200€/night and a known international name I expected a lot more. Especially hygiene is not comprisable ! overall for a Novotel this is very disappointing ! parking in the area is a nightmare! entrance of nearby garage is so small you can't fit a large SUV. Hotel has no arrangement with garage so that if you have to come and go several times a day you would pay the regular hourly fee and not stick to the maxim 20€/day Tarif. we often ended up searching for 30 mins every evening to find parking space. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. But that's the only positiv thing I can say. Regret to say I won't recommend or stay at this hotel anytime soon!"

"Staff at the reception were unaware of any Accor plus member benefits. They were not motivated or helpful at all about my request for early check in. They also insisted I paid during the stay, instead of at the check out, which is custom at the other Accor hotels I have stayed at. I never received any invoice or bill, although I asked for it. The whole exchange was unpleasant and their attitude made me feel like being a burden to them. The rooms were also never cleaned for the whole stay."

"Room was spacious with separated toilet from bath. Bottle of water offered with some hot beverages with water boiler. Room is a bit outdated with carpet and there is no restaurant, just breakfast possibility. But you can let deliver to you any food and there is a microwave in the room as well. Satisfied with room and breakfast in general. Just expected more professionalism from the hotel staff with basic knowledge of standard tasks and routines and act in this way without needing to remind them... They were friendly in general but like in other hotels with more stars sometimes all in the office and no one at the reception. What bothers me mostly and principally was that they didn't think to hand out automatically any hotel invoice. It was early afternoon with no other clients than me and my company colleagues (totally 4) and 3 hotel employees (all ladies) at the reception. They were good in blocking our rooms, even if I had announced in advance to your call center that I would stay a night longer. No problem, we went down and paid with our credit cards. The ladies at the reception just handed us the credit card receipt and we were asking to us if we were not needing any official hotel invoice but we took it wrongly as granted not being sure and used to the expense procedure of our company. When requesting our expenses back to our company, they let me know that they needed a hotel invoice as standard procedure and not only the credit card receipt. Requesting it I got it quickly but could have been avoided saving me time and additional inquiry."
