"The rooms in the property are in a run down state, hotel published free mineral water but provided only a small bottle for group of 4 and subsequently tap water (hard) or to buy. Only one small bottle was never mentioned on the website. Also water bottle should be replenished every day but hotel refused calling it complimentary and not free. Breakfast options were very poor with scrambled eggs and bacon spilling in other food items in hot platter. The couldn't honor anything for vegan food preference except for fruits and cornflakes. Taste of food was very poor. Booked a long stay and had a very poor experience. Room service didn't clean the glasses, nor replenished tea coffee which was asked to be collected from the ground floor (guest asked to come down 5 floors) as there was no staff for service. This is nothing more than a 2 star property. Don't know why the call themselves 4 star. No value for money for the price paid.location is also very far and takes about 45 mins to the city centre using public transport (required to change from bus to Metro)."

"We checked in Oct 19 late around 23:00, the girl at the reception ( sorry didn’t get the name) was amazing also friendly and excellent customer service ( please thank her 🙏🏽). Night agent very helpful getting our drinks and drink suggestions 🤣. We really enjoyed the stay including service by room service staff who we met in hallway was very friendly. "Frontdesk was cold and did not great the guests wirh politeness. Parking door was too narrow to enter and steep to drive down, we had to back out and drive off. The hotel need to make this clear for the guests. From reading the other reviews many others have similiar experience with the parkade. We stayed there for two nights and the room was not clean properly while we were out for day 2. Seems like the cleaning team did a causal sweep and folded the main bed, leaving the single bed and the floor pull out bedsheet badly made."

"Hotel staff was wonderful; but the parking situation left much to be desired. The gate was open when we arrived and we thought it might be free. It wasn't and it's a good thing I checked with the staff to find out that I had to contact the vendor through their payment machine. Called on the machine and was told I couldn't get a ticket until the morning we were leaving, which was the next day. The staff said they have had this type of issue before and that they get caught in the middle. That really not fair to them!"

"Breakfast was good and reception staff were very helpful. Just that on my receipt i was charged 4 days breakfast when i only had 3 days breakfast, i received the receipt of payment via email from Nadim Rahim and i replied her twice with the complain but she never respond back. I used room 132 from Monday night the 23rd to Thursday the 26th so i had breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday and THursday."

"We were traveling from Berlin to Munich for Octoberfest and our train arrived to Munich early. Under these circumstances, the front desk ladies were nice enough to let us check in early since our room was ready. This allowed us to get ready for the festival instead of waiting a couple hours for our room. The room was clean and exactly what we expected."

"I am super disappointed. I stayed at many Novotels, and i usually like them, but this was the worst. Design inside is like a hospital from the 90s. Who likes red interior design? However, the bathroom was like a boat cabin, all made out of plastic, badly smelling and all wobly because old. I had a room to the inner yard, where people were smoking, and it came into my room. I wasn't able to cover the windows because the curtains didn't work (see video) and so everyone could look into my room. The room was smelly because of the old carpet, which probably had seen way too many people already. Also, my hotel key card was having problems every time, so I had to go down twice every day. I didn't dare to touch the microwave and the cattle because this looked out of the 80s. Also, there was no tea, so I didn't know for what to use the cattle anyway. Also, the sofa and the chair, as well as the table in the room, looked so used that I didn't want to sit on it. At least the bad made a clean impression, and I was able to sleep quietly. Novotels suite munich, you really need to renovate your rooms."

"The room was a good size and the air conditioning worked to keep the room at a comfortable temperature when it was over 30 degrees outside. The shower was a good size and the bed was comfortable. It was helpful having the microwave, fridge and small sink together. The hotel was in a quiet area with restaurants and a supermarket nearby, It was a five minute walk to the tram, which ran regularly into the centre. We got tickets on the app and it was simple. On our walk we saw red squirrels which was lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and always on hand. It was useful to be able to leave our luggage until our fight time. It was a five minute walk to the bus which connected with the subway to the airport. We also enjoyed an occasional beer and sitting out in the courtyard area of the hotel. The whole stay was easy and relaxing - thank you."

"We arrived relatively late at the hotel, reception wasn’t busy, there were 5 staff in the reception , one lady had just finished checked in another guest, however she told us to wait for 5 minutes without explaining why, good is that the other 4 staff just finished their discussion and one of them quickly helped us with check in, she was really courteous and efficient, check in was done in no time. Overall the staff were nice and easy to talk to. The room was ok, but we didn’t find out until late evening when we are trying to take shower that both the soap and shower gel are completely empty, had to talk to the cleaning staff next morning to solve the issue. The next day, new towel came and we found heavy stains on them, extremely disgusting, Laundry must be clean !!! Otherwise this hotel is sitting in a nice neighborhood, several supermarkets and gas stations around it, office parks close by, easy for business customers. Easy access to the ring roads."

"It was a very pleasant stay, only the fact that the street was pretty noisy at some time and we couldn't open window, wasn't very comfortable. Maybe consider to give quiter rooms to people like us staying for a full week instead of just couple of days. Also, room was smelling weird the first 3 days, which we just forgot to mention on-site as during the day we opened the windows to get fresh air."

"Room was complete, there are fridge and microwave. Only the bad thing is Air condition doesnt work, and I called reception to change room or borrow a fan but she doesnt help at all and said ” we dont have fan, I could not help other than just open the window”. Even I open the window but still hot because it was summer time, and in the night we could not sleep well because window was open, noise comes from outside. Not recommend, reception girl doesnt help. Carpet in the room little bad smell."

"Room 523 was smelling cigarettes. Had you known your rooms better, you wouldn't assign this room to us with young children. Kettle was broken, so we had to go down and asked for a new one. When we complained about the smoke smell, the cleaning lady came to spray the perfume. I went in the morning to ask for a simple city breakfast, instead of saying they don't have it in this branch, the lady said it's OK. But then charged me the full buffet price. Overall, we will try to avoid this hotel in the future."

"I made a reservation from May 9th to May 12 th for myself and my two children (13 and 16 y old). Reference number : NCJPBWPD I have selected a « suite famille » as it was clearly mentioned : 2 single bed sofas and one queen size bid (see picture attached). 1/ I send an email the day before in order to get confirmation None replied to my mail ; which is not acceptable 2/I asked to three different people at desk during my stay but no one took my demand in consideration. In fact there was one queen bed , on single sofa bed and one mattress on the floor ; and as you can imagine night experience on mattress on the floor is really bad experience. Details of the room which are given on internet are not true !! 3/ We left room on May 10th at 10 :30 am and came back in evening. Our room was not tidied up (see picture attached). I have been Novotel client for last 20 years ; this was my worst experience"
