Description
The hospitable private house, in Upper Bavarian architectural style, is quietly located on the northern edge of the village, partly with a view of meadows and forest. The village center is only 5 minutes away on foot and Lake Chiemsee about 20 minutes. In the house of the family Ass are 2 vacation apartments.FWNr. 1 for 2-3 persons is in the 1. OG. A sep. double bed guest room (also in the 1. OG) can be rented on request to the FW (for an additional charge). FW No. 2 is located in the 2nd OG/DG (whole floor) and is also suitable for 2-3 persons. With a south and north balcony you have a wonderful view over the village. Each FW is equipped with satellite TV.

Garden with terrace and sunbathing lawn. Bed and table linen, as well as towels, are available in the apartments. A parking space for cars and bicycles is available at the house. CURE CONTRIBUTION: The prices quoted do not include the cure contribution of 1.50 EUR per person/day for adults, children under 16 years are exempt.
