Description

Bettina's house is located in the quiet district of Milbing about 20 minutes walk southwest of the village center. The house has two identically cut 2-room apartments with dining kitchen (each 51 sqm). In 2020, extensive renovation measures were carried out and thus the house is now on a modern standard. WLAN 50 Mbit, cable connection and solar-assisted gas central heating. The original charm of an almost 90 year old house was worked out and preserved. The garage with e-charging station offers the possibility to store a vehicle as well as bicycles taken along (extra charge). The beautiful approx. 550 m² garden with hot water garden shower opens in southwest direction towards a dreamlike mountain scenery surrounding the Wendelstein. The Wendelstein cogwheel railroad is within easy walking distance. The distances for stores for daily needs are max. 15 minutes walk. There are excellent bakeries and butchers as well as an old Kramerladen - small supermarket.

Environment description

Die Wendelsteinzahnradbahn ist zu Fuß in Kürze erreichbar. Die Entfernung für Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs beträgt ca. 20 Gehminuten. Es gibt hervorragende Bäckereien und Metzgereien sowie einen alten Kramerladen - kleinen Supermarkt. Wander- und Radwege befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (fußläufig). In den umliegenden Hofläden kann man Milchprodukte, Eier und z.Tl. Gemüse kaufen.

Isabelle und Tobias Herbst nutzen das Haus der mittlerweile verstorbenen Großtante selber als Refugium in ihren Urlaubszeiten und sorgen so immer für eine angenehme und erholsame Atmosphäre in Haus und Garten. Aus den im Garten wachsenden Kräuter, Beeren und Obst werden Marmeladen und Küchenkräuter für die Gäste bereitgestellt. Den Gastgebern liegt viel an nachhaltigen Produkten, so verwenden sie im gesamten Haus nur nachhaltige Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel. In jeder Wohnung stellen sie nachhaltige Spülmittel und Seifen für den täglichen Gebrauch zur Verfügung
