The 2019 renovated, high-quality equipped approx. 50 sqm vacation apartment is located on the first floor of our house. It has a separate entrance, its own terrace including garden furniture and a barbecue. The joint use of the large, overgrown garden is possible. The apartment offers a large living and dining room, a separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with stove (Ceran), oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The living room has a comfortable, modern corner sofa. Of course, we offer our guests free internet access via WLAN. Description

Our high-quality equipped non-smoking holiday apartment for -2 persons is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Brannenburg, in the district of St. Margarethen. The apartment with its own and direct access to the large garden invites you to relax. Signposted hiking and Nordic walking trails start right outside the front door. The valley station of the Wendelsteinbahn is a 10-minute walk away. Wonderful walks or bike rides are possible directly from the house.

Environment description

After a relaxing day of vacation in the beautiful Bavarian foothills of the Alps, YOU can finally cool your legs in the nearby Kneipp facility. The Wendelstein area, Sudelfeld, Riesenkopf and the Kaisergebirge in Austria offer countless hiking opportunities for every level of difficulty. In winter, the nearby Sudelfeld invites you to go skiing, ski touring - or snowshoeing. Other skiing and tobogganing areas as well as cross-country skiing trails are easy to reach. Lake Chiemsee can be reached in about 30 min, Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck about 1 hour each.

The above prices are plus spa tax of EUR 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children who have not yet reached the age of 16 and severely disabled persons with GdB 80 or more: EUR 0.00. Spa fee for severely disabled persons from 50 GdB to under 80 GdB: EUR 0,75.

Arrival Description

You drive on the A 8 in the direction of Salzburg and at the Inntal triangle you change to the A 93 in the direction of Innsbruck. You take the second exit after the Inntal triangle - Brannenburg. At the exit turn left into the village of Brannenburg. Cross the second traffic light straight and after approx. 1.5 km turn right in the direction of St. Margarethen. You are now on Dientzenhoferstr. Leave Dientzenhoferstr. and turn right at the 2nd possibility to Thann. The destination address is after approx. 100 m on the right side.
