Description
Located right next to the spa gardens, a green oasis awaits our guests in the heart of the city.
The annex of Villa Mina, built in the 1970s, has been extensively renovated; in doing so, we have deliberately preserved the charming retro style of that era and given it a modern twist. The result is ten double rooms and two single rooms—quietly situated right next to the spa gardens, centrally located yet pleasantly secluded. An ideal starting point for exploring Bad Aibling and its surroundings while also finding a place of peace and relaxation.
Right next door is Café Bihler (open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), whose spacious sun terrace invites you to unwind with a cup of coffee or a refreshing spritz. Culinary-wise, we consciously focus on Bavarian tradition: freshly cooked, home-style fare made with high-quality ingredients. From a hearty breakfast to Bavarian lunch classics and a fine snack menu, right through to homemade cakes—we have everything your heart desires.

About the host
With Café Bihler, we are building on our experience in the restaurant business. For several years now, we have been delighted to run Café Lotte bar (daily 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Sundays and holidays from 9:00 a.m., Thursdays open late until midnight) in the heart of Bad Aibling—our first regular café and a place that stands for coziness, art, and a special atmosphere. Art is a common thread throughout our establishments: works by our grandfather Peter Tomschiczek and our uncle Boris Tomschiczek significantly shape the spaces and give both cafés and the hotel a very personal touch. As a family business, we combine tradition with fresh ideas—always with the goal of creating places where people feel at home.
