Description

The apartment-house PATSCHEI TRID is centrally situated at prime location in Samnaun-Laret.

In our apartment-house you can enjoy privacy in highly comfortable, modern and tastefully furnished flats.

Each apartment has a sunny balcony or terrace en-suring you have a magnificent view on our fantastic mountains – perfect for a relaxing stay in summer and winter.

The house is located immediately next to the local bus stop, the Alpenquell water park with its generous sauna area, various restaurants and shopping facilities.

Come and discover the big Samnaun/Ischgl ski resort in winter. The ski slope Alp Trida – Laret ends directly next to our PATSCHEI TRID. In summer, our house is the perfectly located starting point for numerous mountain sport activities.

Conditions/extras

On your arrival day the flat will be ready for you from 4 pm on. On your departure day we kindly request you to check-out latest by 9 am.

Tourist tax:
Winter - CHF 4.00 per day and person older than 17 years
Summer - “all inclusive” - CHF 4.00 per day and person older than 17 years

For the cleaning of your flat after your departure a fee of CHF 110.-- will be charged.

Payment terms: initial payment of CHF 300.-- within 10 days after booking, the remaining total amount incl. the tourist tax and the fee for cleaning is to be paid in cash on-site prior to your departure.
