Regional and seasonal food is best prepared over a fire. We peel, cut, season and taste together until the prepared delicacies are eaten in a cosy atmosphere at the end. A communal meal that really requires good teamwork and will tempt one or two people out of their comfort zone. A fun and challenging task for you and your team - and the reward?
