Experience unique team events that combine the craft of cookery with nutritional science! Our exclusive cookery courses are led by first-class chefs and take place in high-quality venues. Our focus is on modern, regional and seasonal cuisine that is fresh, exciting, flavourful, balanced and beneficial. We always use organic ingredients wherever possible.
 
Our cookery course begins with an inviting aperitif. Homemade snacks, aromatic spiced tea, a seasonal punch or a refreshing mocktail are part of the enjoyment and serve as inspiration for your own cooking. This is followed by a get-to-know-you session and an interactive theoretical part with a live cooking show, which is tailored to the individual interests of the participants. For larger groups, we divide the cookery training into teams (8 people per cookery instructor) to ensure intensive supervision. On request, we are happy to organise a competition to encourage creativity and experience. This will be judged on flavouring (taste), cutting techniques and presentation. Of course, you can also expect other highlights during the course.
