Zug water supply
Description
Everything you need to know about drinking water
Open the tap – clear drinking water refreshes us every day! On this guided tour, you will learn exactly where drinking water comes from and the effort that goes into it!
Throughout Switzerland, more than 3000 independent drinking water suppliers ensure that this commodity is always available to us. Zug and Hochdorf as well as their surrounding communities and municipal areas are supplied with drinking water by the Wasserwerke Zug (WWZ). On the guided tour you will see part of the source area in the Lorzentobel and the associated water reservoir Tobelbrücke. The broad information about drinking water is rounded off by a water tasting. Convince yourself of the excellent water quality at the water tasting.
