Description

Discover the art of sushi rolling! Ideal for beginners.
 
After a short but informative introduction, you will start preparing sushi using carefully selected, fresh ingredients and practising the art of rolling. Together we will prepare different types of sushi: the classic maki rolls, the larger futomaki and the trendy uramaki, better known as the California roll. After cutting your handmade rolls, the sushi is served on plates. Finally, you and your group enjoy the delicious sushi rolls and experience the full flavour and joy of cooking together.
