Happy Nest Holiday Home – Your Home Away from Home

The Happy Nest holiday home offers plenty of space, comfort and everything you need for a relaxing and carefree stay, spread over two floors. With sleeping accommodation for up to 9 guests, the holiday home is ideal for families and groups who want to enjoy a wonderful time together.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious entrance hall with plenty of storage space for jackets and shoes. There is also a small bathroom with a toilet and shower, as well as a cosy living and dining area. The sofa bed provides additional sleeping accommodation if required. For entertainment, the living area features a flat-screen satellite TV and a Bluetooth soundbar.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and then enjoy cosy hours in the living area.

Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are also equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV. The third bedroom has an additional single bed alongside the double bed.

For added comfort, the large upstairs bathroom features a toilet, shower and bathtub.

Garden, Terrace & BBQ

The Happy Nest features a large terrace and spacious garden, perfect for relaxing, playing and spending quality time together. A BBQ grill is also available for you to enjoy sociable barbecue evenings – the perfect way to end an exciting day of your holiday.

Wi-Fi & Internet

To ensure you stay connected during your holiday, the house is equipped with a fibre-optic internet connection and stable Wi-Fi. This allows you to stay conveniently online at any time – whether for planning your activities, streaming or working.

Storage for Bicycles & Ski Equipment

The outbuilding provides plenty of space to safely store your bicycles or e-bikes. E-bikes can also be charged there conveniently.

During the winter season, the outbuilding can also be used to store skis and winter sports equipment.

The keys can either be handed over personally on site or conveniently accessed via our key safe.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.

For families, 2 portable baby cots and 1 high chair are available free of charge.

A washing machine can be used upon request for a one-time fee of €10.00.

The local accommodation tax of €2.60 per person per night (from the age of 16) is not included in the price and will be charged separately on site.
Payment & Cancellation

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival. Card payments are currently not possible.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total booking cost.
Cancellations made within the last 7 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total booking cost.
