A motto that certainly doesn't just apply to e-mobilists at Landhaus Obersteinriegl. Rather, the inspiring atmosphere of the completely revitalized farm in the foothills of the Alps invites you to come to your senses. To find your way back to what is essential in life: Laughter, love, food, good conversation, shared adventures - and the feeling of being a little bit closer to heaven. All of this is achieved here with ease. Probably also because architectural sophistication, craftsmanship and attention to detail can be felt in every last corner.

There is certainly plenty of space, with around 375m² of living space in the country house, as well as the spacious barn with gallery and loggia. There is also the cellar, which has been converted into a sauna house, and the spacious terraces and open spaces.

The rooms

While the exterior and the entrance area sometimes have a Tuscan flair, the four light-flooded double rooms on the top floor have the charm of French chalets. Comfortable box-spring beds, delicate occasional furniture, tasteful lighting and, last but not least, the tastefully furnished bathrooms make each room a jewel box with a feel-good factor. All that remains is to find out when the best moment is to try out the free-standing ceramic bath - at sunset or when a glittering sea of stars opens up in the night sky.

♡ Out and about together: dogs are very welcome here. There is a surcharge of € 15.00 for the stay. A bowl is provided in the room. There is also plenty of space around the house for walks together and dogs are also allowed to roam freely.
