Die komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Apartment verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Das geräumige Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Föhn rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Vom Apartment aus blickt man direkt auf den Garten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass keine Haustiere erlaubt sind. Das WLAN und den Parkplatz vor dem Haus können Sie kostenfrei nutzen.

Die Anreise ist von 15 bis 20 Uhr möglich.
Die Abreise ist bis 10 Uhr möglich.

Description

The Ledererhof was first mentioned in 1367 in the Viennese Urbar and is one of the oldest houses in Lunz am See. The house convinces especially with its old and traditional charm and its proximity to the lake. The family-friendly Seebachbad is also within walking distance.
The house is located directly on the Ybbstalradweg. The possibility to safely store your bike is available. If you are not on the road by bike, you can leave the car for a few days, because local suppliers, excursion destinations such as boat and stand-up paddle rental, restaurants and more can all be reached on foot. To the lake Lunz it is about 600m and in the village center about 300m.
In the modern renovated apartments you can feel like at home and arrive.

Eine Vorauszahlung in Höhe von 100 % des Gesamtpreises kann jederzeit nach Buchung berechnet werden.
Stornierungen bis zu 21 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei. Spätere Stornierungen werden mit 70% des Gesamtpreises berechnet. Stornierungen 2 Tage vor der Anreise werden mit 100% berechnet.

Die Nächtigungsabgabe EUR 2,50/Person/Nacht (ab 16 Jahre) ist nicht inkludiert und wird separat vor Ort berechnet.
