Unsere gemütliche und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt mitten im Grünen und völlig verkehrsfrei. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoß und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Wohn-Schlafraum mit Ausziehcouch und einem Schlafzimmer mit Stockbett. Weiters verfügt die Wohnung über eine geräumige Küche mit großzügigem Essplatz sowie Dusche und WC (getrennt). Rund um das Ferienhaus befindet sich eine große Liege- und Spielwiese. Die überdachte Terrasse zur Alleinbenützung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß. Ins Ortszentrum sind es ca. 300 m und zum Ybbstaler Solebad ca. 5 Gehminuten. Der Blick geht über den Ort Göstling und in die Bergwelt der Ybbstaler Alpen.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Die Nächtigungstaxe in Höhe von € 2,50 pro Person/pro Nacht ab 15 Jahre ist nicht inbegriffen und wird separat vor Ort berechnet.

Description
About 5 minutes walk from the center of the village, quiet and traffic-free in the middle of greenery, lies the vacation farm Kirchau with a wonderful view. The cozy vacation apartment in the adjoining house offers up to 6 people space to feel good on approx. 65 m². In the main house there are 2 cozy and comfortable rooms with flat screen TV and a breakfast and lounge with tiled stove and TV. Extra of the house: "Grander water", free internet access.
A rich breakfast ensures a good start to the new day. On the large sun terrace, the sunbathing lawn or on a secluded shady spot you can let your soul dangle.
Children can let off steam on the playground, in the willow house, sandbox or while swinging, sliding and playing table tennis. The animals present on the farm in the summer are happy to be petted. Available on request: Crib and high chair.
Leisure tip: Ybbstaler brine bath (approx. 10 minutes on foot), Ybbstal cycle path, Mendlingtal adventure world, and much more.
