Es besteht aus einem 70m2 Raum mit Holzboden, neuem Holzofen und Aussicht auf die Berge, sowie einem Badezimmer, einer Wohn- und Eßecke und einer Küche.

Die Fenster gehen in den Süden, man hat ein Panorama über das Tal auf die Berge.

Das Appartement hat eine eigene Eingangstüre und wird komplett und ausschließlich von den Mietern genutzt.

Im Appartement gibt es ein alle Nötige, um Frühstück zu machen (u.a. eine perfekte Kaffeemaschine) oder zu kochen. Eine Grundausstattung an Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Nudeln ist vorhanden. Nach Wunsch und Absprache ist es möglich, frische Produkte des Hofs zu beziehen (Eier, Fisch, Fleisch, Säfte…). Eine Grill- und Feuerstelle für romantische Abende ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Anreise ab 14:00 Uhr. Abreise bis 12:00 Uhr.
Schlüsselübergabe bei Anreise persönlich vor Ort.
Haustiere sind grundsätzlich erlaubt.
Die Nächtigungstaxe von 1,60 Euro pro Person und Nacht wird separat vor Ort berechnet.

Description

This is a stunning place for people who really want peace and nature, away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. The apartment is on a permaculture farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing. It consists of a 70m2 room with wooden floor, new wood stove and view of the mountains, as well as a bathroom, a living and dining area and a kitchen.
The windows face south, you have a panorama over the valley to the mountains.
The apartment has its own entrance door and is used completely and exclusively by the tenants.
The apartment is the upper floor in a newly built building on the farm. Around the apartment there are terraces with vegetable gardens, a chicken coop, at a safe distance a few beehives and also an enclosure with deer. A few minutes downhill flows a brook, there is a fish pond and under a waterfall a bathing place.
In the apartment there is an all necessary to make breakfast (including a perfect coffee maker) or to cook. A basic supply of salt, pepper, oil and pasta is available. Upon request and agreement, it is possible to obtain fresh products from the farm (eggs, fish, meat, juices...). A barbecue and fireplace for romantic evenings is also available.
