Wohnküche mit Küchenzeile inklusive Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, E-Herd mit Ceranfeld, Dunstabzug, Geschirrspüler, gemütliche Eckbankgruppe, Schlafcouch für 2 Personen (Liegefläche 150 x 200 cm), Sat-TV, W-LAN, heimeliger Kaminofen für gemütliche Abendstunden
Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschtisch und Spiegelschrank sowie Toilette.
Flur mit Garderobenschrank.

Die Ferienwohnung in Göstling an der Ybbs-Hochkar liegt im 1. Obergeschoß und verfügt über einen langen Balkon, der von der Wohnküche und vom Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich ist. Inkludiert sind Bettwäsche, Hand- und Badetücher, Geschirrtücher, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Küchenutensilien usw. sowie Strom und Heizung.
Selbstverständlich stehen auch W-LAN und Sat-TV sowie ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, weiters die Möglichkeit Schi oder Fahrräder einzustellen.

The Lange vacation rental is idyllically situated in the picturesque Steinbach Valley in Göstling an der Ybbs and can accommodate 2 to 5 people.

Surrounded by meadows, forests, and an impressive mountain backdrop, the balcony offers a magnificent view across the Steinbach valley floor all the way to the historic former hammer mill on the opposite side of the valley—a panorama that delights visitors in every season.

Located on the first floor, the vacation apartment features a cozy kitchen-living room, a bedroom, and a spacious balcony accessible from both the

kitchen-diner and the bedroom. Its quiet location makes this accommodation the ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers, and active vacationers.

 

Amenities include bed linens, hand and bath towels, dish towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, and kitchen utensils.

Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, electricity, and heating are, of course, included.

A parking space right next to the house, as well as storage space for bicycles and skis, are available.

An electric vehicle charging station is available for guests with electric cars. The garden, complete with a grill and cozy spots, invites you to relax.

The overnight stay tax of EUR 2.60 per person per night (ages 15 and up) is not included and will be charged separately on site.
Cancellation Policy:
You can always cancel your stay free of charge within 24 hours of booking!
Cancellation is free of charge up to 6 days before arrival; a 50% cancellation fee applies starting 5 days before arrival, and 100% starting 1 day before arrival.
