The organic farm

At the Biohof Ebenbauer "deceleration" is lived.
Whether you arrive with family, as a couple or alone - you will not regret it. The interplay of the farm with its own, down-to-earth organic products and the leisure activities on offer makes your vacation an unforgettable journey away from stress and everyday life.
Starting with the farm cats, to the house dog Benni, to many farm animals such as chickens, sheep or cows, you can get to know many different species of animals. To strengthen you again after interesting days with the many leisure activities or exciting hours playing, the hosts offer a whole range of homemade organic products. From fresh food from their own garden to home-baked farmhouse bread and specialties to drink. Must - both sweet and non-alcoholic, as well as crisp and tangy - is the traditional drink in our region. After a good snack, a glass of home-made schnapps or various liqueurs can't hurt.

Fasting weeks at the Ebenbauer organic farm

During the new fasting weeks offered by us, we give our guests the opportunity to fast according to the Buchinger method on our farm, supervised by trained fasting guides. Fasting according to Buchinger is characterized by the fact that solid food is completely avoided. Instead of eating, you drink high-quality herbal teas, vegetable and fruit juices, and in the evening a clear vegetable broth. This allows the digestive system to take a break and the body to focus instead on activating its self-healing powers. This can result in numerous positive physical and mental effects.

Another great advantage of fasting is the possibility to get away from everyday life, to find peace and to come to oneself. At Biohof Ebenbauer we offer the ideal setting for this. Surrounded by beautiful nature and fresh air, you can easily and gladly let go of accumulated ballast. The on-site facilities such as sauna, swimming pond and relaxation room add to the sense of well-being.
