Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Das Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten wird durch einen Vorraum von der Ferienwohnung getrennt und verfügt über eine gut eingerichtete Wohnküche mit Ausziehcouch. Des Weiteren gibt es ein kleines, Kellerstüberl zum gemütlichen beisammensitzen.
Ebenso einen Schikeller und die Möglichkeit das Fahrrad einzustellen.

Description
Vacation in a listed manor house from the 13th century
Lovingly renovated with the original vaults and wooden ceiling, it radiates a special flair.
The house is located approx. 1 km outside the town center and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment has a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with pull-out couch, satellite TV, bathroom with shower/WC and a bedroom with 2 double beds which is separated from the apartment by an anteroom.
Guests have a large, sunny garden with barbecue facilities at their disposal. There is also parking space for cars and bicycles. The location of the house is an ideal starting point for mountain bike tours and hiking trails.
In winter you can use the free ski bus to the Hochkar! The Ybbstaler Solebad can also be reached by car in 2 minutes.
Conditions/extras
Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort beim Leistungsträger. Es ist ausschließlich Barzahlung möglich! Die Nächtigungstaxe ist im Preis nicht inkludiert und vor Ort zu begleichen. Ab Jänner 2026 beträgt die Taxe € 2,60.- pro Person (ab 15 Jahren) und Nacht.

Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 14-7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.
