At the foot of the Hochkar, nestled in the impressive mountain world of the Ybbstal Alps, lies the Alpenhotel Ensmann - a place that feels like a second home. In the cold season, the hotel becomes a cozy base for winter sports enthusiasts. The Hochkar ski area with its perfectly groomed slopes, cross-country ski trails and snowshoe hiking trails is just a few minutes away. Winter hikers, ski tourers and nature lovers will also find the perfect place for active winter days in Lassing and the surrounding area.
During the summer months, green alpine pastures, clear mountain lakes and panoramic hiking routes invite you to enjoy nature with all your senses. Hiking trails lead directly from the house into the surrounding mountains, and cyclists and mountain bikers will also find ideal conditions here. There are numerous opportunities for water sports in the surrounding area - from rafting and kayaking to relaxing hours on Lake Lunz or at the lido on the Ybbs River.

♡ Out and about together. Dogs are very welcome here. There is a surcharge of € 10.00 per night for the stay. Dogs are allowed in the room, in the breakfast area as well as in the indoor area and the guest garden. For a pleasant stay, a bowl and a cooling facility for food are available. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the public areas. Dogs are not allowed in the spa area.
