The following cancellation policy applies to this tour, deviating from the General Terms and Conditions of Booking and Contract:
From the time of booking until 48 hours before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the price will be charged per ticket (for the €39.90 tour, this is €19.95; for the €43.90 tour, this is €21.95).
A cancellation fee of 80% of the tour price will be charged for each ticket cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date (this amounts to €31.92 for the €39.90 tour and €35.12 for the €43.90 tour).
Upon booking, contact information (mobile phone number) between guests and tour guide will be exchanged.
Broken wine glasses will be charged at €5 each, payable on site.
