bei Anfahrt Tiefgarage verfehlt, weil der Wegweiser zu spät angebracht ist. Frühstück am Samstag gegen 10:00 Uhr war eine Zumutung. Zu viele Gäste für den zu kleinen Früh-stücksraum. Das Ausweichen in einen Konferenzraum war eine unzureichende Notlösung. Außerdem gab es zeitweilig keine Säfte. Der Obstsalat war ohne Geschmack. Wie eine Mitarbeiterin äußerte, wird er ohne weitere Bearbeitung so angeboten, wie er aus dem Liefereimer entnommen wird. Wie die Mitarbeiter bestätigten, soll dieser Zustand generell an den Wochenenden so bestehen.

Leider bekamen wir unseren Brief von der Dresden Info mit Vergünstigungen und Vorschlägen und Dresdencard erst beim auschecken...da hat es nichts mehr genützt. Das Zimmer hatte einen Aufpreis... Im Vergleich zu den regulären Zimmerpreisen macht man mit dieser Aktion nicht viel gut...

Personal an der Rezeption war ziemlich kühl wir sind in anderen Hotels schon herzlicher empfangen worden. Es gab auch keine Info wann und wo es Frühstück gibt. Beim Frühstück hab ich frisches Obst und Gemüse vermisst und Alternativen zur Kuhmilch gehören heute dazu ohne das man erst danach fragen muss.Das Personal beim Frühstück war hingegen sehr nett.

Um Bad gab es leider keine "Goodies" wie z. B. Bodylotion oder Ohrtupfer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider auch nicht so besonders bestückt. Eine größere Auswahl wäre schön gewesen.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen sehr modernen Ausstattungsstil. Es ist sehr ordentlich und sauber, das Bad ist schlicht und elegant, dennoch zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Personal ist offen und freundlich.

Etwas mehr Obst beim Frühstück wäre gut und die Hotelbar schließt für Samstagnacht offiziell etwas zu zeitig. Wobei die Bardame uns auch 45 Minuten nach Ausschankschluss noch einen Drink gemacht hat. Vielen Dank dafür. Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, alles okay.

Hervorzuheben ist die absolute Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen. Die Art des Hotels muß man mögen-schlichte aber gehobene Ausstattung. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Abendessen war hervorragend.

1. Der Service läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig: Im Abendgeschäft war der Herr aus dem Service z.T. gleichzeitig an der Rezeption, an der Bar und im Restaurant. Was unter anderem zu längeren Wartezeiten führte und Gäste längere Zeit vor schmutzigem Geschirr sitzen mußten. 2. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sicher noch ausbaubar. Rührei war fast kalt, lediglich zwei Sorten Käse, davon 1 Sorte Schnittkäse. Es wurde auch nur sehr zögerlich nachgelegt. 3. Beim Betreten des Frühstücksraumes waren viele Tische frei, nur einer davon war sauber aber nicht eingedeckt, auf den anderen stand gebrauchtes Geschirr. Es wurde also längere Zeit nicht abgeräumt.

Wir haben positiv bemerkt, dass man eine Tageskarte bekommt, konnten wir zwar nicht nutzen, ist aber für Touristen sehr sinnvoll. Frühstück war reichlich und angenehme Atmosphäre.. Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut.

Erklärung zur Verwendung der Zimmerkarte wäre gut, dass man sie erst wieder herausziehen muss, bevor das Zimmer aufgeht. Klimaanlage war etwas schwer zu bedienen.

Das Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr sauber, insbesondere das Bad blitzte! Mein Zusatzwunsch (2. Kopfkissen) wurde sofort erfüllt, Danke! Zimmereinrichtung ist zweckentsprechend und ausreichend. Dass es ein Begrüßungsgetränk gab, war toll und hat den Abend sehr schön eröffnet. Das Frühstück umfasste die breite Palette und war sehr gut hergerichtet. Die verschiedenen Jogurth/ Quarkspeisen incl. das Müsli waren ausgesprochen lecker!

Die Damen an der Rezeption schienen noch in der Ausbildung, waren allerdings sehr freundlich. Langsames, deutliches Sprechen würde schon einiges verbessern als das in der Jugend verbreitete D-Zug-Tempo im Sprechen.

Laut - selbst Unterhaltungen auf der Straße waren deutlich wahrnehmbar - auf der \'verkehrsberuhigten Seite müsste man zwar 10 Euro mehr bezahlen, dummerweise hatte der Mann am Empfang wohl vergessen, die Disko in der Nachbarschaft zu erwähnen - herzlichen Dank dafür! Nie wieder!

Bekehrungseifer im Bezug auf Umweltschutz mit blödsinniger Zielstellung. Formulierung wie ihr Fußabdruck in der Umwelt und Belehrungen von oben herab möchte ich in einem Hotel nicht erhalten-.
