Das Zimmer ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und stimmig eingerichtet. Umwerfend ist der Blick vom Balkon über Dresden bis ans andere Elbufer. Herr Richter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Wir haben direkt alle Informationen über die Umgebung und die Möglichkeiten des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs erhalten. Das Haus ist bezaubernd, sehr ruhig und die Wohngegend allein schon einen Besuch wert. Wir haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Stadtteil ist eine nette, gewachsene, unaufdringliche Umgebung mit nahem und gutem Angebot für die eigene Versorgung; das Haus gepflegt und mit schönem Garten; der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch, war um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht; man war ja irgendwie Mitglied der Familie während seines Aufenthaltes, da der Weg ins Obergeschoss durch privaten Raum (Treppenaufgang) führt; ab und zu ein Schwätzchen halten/sich Austauschen war möglich; die Betten waren sehr bequem; die Ausstattung des Wohn-Schlafraumes und des Badezimmers ließ keine Wünsche offen; der Blick von der Loggia auf das Elbtal Dresdens war schon sehenswert!

Sehr offene, vertrauensvolle, unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Die Dachwohnung verfügt über eine Balkon-Terasse mit phantastischem Blick über das Elbtal. Zimmer ist Tip-Top. Sehr angenehmes, gewachsenes Stadtviertel im Grünen (Wohnviertel mit etwas Gastronomie und etw. Einzelhandel). Etwas weit draussen, aber mit direkter Busanbindung an die Innenstadt. Extrem empfehlenswert.
