Cancellation / payment conditions

Die Bezahlung der Ferienwohnung erfolgt am Anreisetag und ist nur in bar möglich.

Die Stornierung der Ferienwohnung ist bis 10 Tage vor Anreise kostenfrei. Ab 9 Tage vor Anreise berechnen wir 30% des Preises. Ab 8 Tage vor Anreise berechnen wir 50% des Preises. Bei einer Nichtanreise ohne Stornierung werden 100% des Preises fällig.

From motorway A17, exit Dresden-Prohlis (direction Prohlis), continue in direction Pirna / Prag up to Reicker Straße and turn into Altreick

* Arrival by public transport:
From Hauptbahnhof (main station) take tram 9 (direction Prohlis) to stop 'Altreick'
