It is situated on the first floor of a lovingly renovated historic building. Your private, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Enjoy mountain views of the medieval Bilstein Castle, private Wi-Fi, TV with satellite and internet channels, your own workspace, as well as an extra bed or baby cot and high chair for families. Relax in your private garden or on the covered shared terrace and experience the nostalgic atmosphere in the natural garden. Parking is available both at the house and on the street. A shared charging station for electric vehicles is available for an additional fee. There is storage for bicycles, and public transport can be reached within 2 minutes on foot. Events are not permitted on the property. The owner's family produces their own honey. The apartment stays pleasantly cool in summer thanks to its east-facing orientation, thick well-insulated walls, and renovated windows. The floors are cleaned regularly, including the durable needle-felt carpet in the bedroom. Allergy-friendly, washable duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as a hairdryer and iron. The bathroom has a window and shower, and the kitchen features a dining area with table and all necessary utensils.
