Dear guests, If you've had enough of the stress of everyday life, then you've come to the right place. Our apartment was lovingly renovated in March 2023 for a beautiful, relaxing vacation for you. The apartment is located above Gleidorf in a quiet cul-de-sac below the golf course of the Schmallenberg Golf Club. The apartment has 80 square meters of living space with its own terrace, barbecue and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate 4 people. It offers a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and flat screen TV. In another bedroom there is a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm) with 2 sleeping places. A bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate guest toilet, a cozy fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with corner sofa, pellet stove and Smart TV. The apartment has its own washing machine and tumble dryer. The directly adjacent lockable garage provides storage space for bicycles and ski equipment. Free parking is available directly in front of the apartment. There is a bakery and a café 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. There are numerous shops and restaurants in the town center. Cycling tours and hiking are easy to do from the apartment. The SauerlandRadring is only 600 m away. Excursion possibilities: Fort Fun 26 km, Panoramapark 33 km, Bike Park Green Hill 12 km Sauerland Bad (indoor pool + sauna) 4.7 km, outdoor pool in Schmallenberg 3.3 km Golf course Golfclub Schmallenberg 1.5 km Schmallenberg ski lift 5 km, Winterberg 17 km, Kahler Asten 16 km Other ski areas are located in the immediate vicinity. A visitor's tax per person per night applies. Children and young people up to the age of 13 are exempt from payment. Please state the date of birth of all persons traveling with you.

Conditions/extras

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of 20% of the total price of the reservation 30 days before arrival. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors´ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
