Dear guests, our cozy non-smoking holiday apartment "Blum" spans two floors and is located right by the Lenne river. You access the apartment via a private entrance and an external spiral staircase. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and oven, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and WC, free Wi-Fi, two TVs, a conservatory, and a laundry room. Towels, bed linen, and kitchen linens are included. The Blum apartment is situated in the Fleckenberg district and is the perfect starting point for hiking and cycling tours. A parking space and storage for bikes or skis are available. Nearby, you’ll find a bakery with café, an inn, and a bus stop. Bikers are very welcome. Please note: charging electric cars is not possible at the apartment.Conditions/extras
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors´ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.-
