Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relaxing hours in the sun with views of the stunning landscape. A shared car park is available at the building. A bus stop is nearby, providing convenient access to public transport. Events on the property are not permitted. The apartment is an ideal base for exploring the Sauerland on foot, by car, or by bus. The Schmallenberger Sauerland hiking area offers numerous well-signposted trails leading directly into nature. In winter, the Winterberg ski resort and Altastenberg are just a 10-minute drive away.
