Cozy rest stops or benches with beautiful views invite you to linger. On beautiful summer evenings, the apartment's balcony offers a fantastic view of the sunset, allowing you to end the evening in peace. The nearby panoramic golf course provides a special sporting offer. With numerous winter sports activities, the nearby SauerlandBAD, the climbing hall, museums and other excursion destinations, you can enjoy an active vacation even in the colder months. Your apartment is equipped with one or two bedrooms (each with double bed), a cozy living room with TV, seating and kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and toaster. There is also a balcony. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and WC. The lockable storage room is suitable for bikes or skis. WLAN is available free of charge. Non-smoking apartment. Conditions/extras

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors´ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
