From there, an open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge and small fridge opens up. To the right of the entrance there is a walk-in wardrobe, the bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. On the other side of the hallway you enter the cozy bedroom with double bed. Holiday fun on 47 sqm !
The apartment has a parking space for cars or 3-4 motorcycles, bicycles have their own charging station and can be safely parked in the garage.
The location of the house is hard to beat: in the middle of town and yet traffic-free at the spa park, the city square and the shopping center from the front door on foot in 3 minutes. The restaurant "Kurparkstuben" and the minigolf and playground can be reached in less than a minute, the swimming pool and the wellness facilities of the "Oversum" in 4 minutes. Even the famous ski circus and the bike park can be reached on foot (distance 1.2 km)! In the park itself we have miniature golf courses, table tennis, Kneipp swimming pool, fitness facilities and an open - air stage.

City and shopping center, ski bus stop, sauna world and swimming pool are just a three-minute walk away.The four apartments (47 and 50 sqm on the ground floor, 90 sqm on the 1st floor and 68 sqm attic) are offered individually or as a whole house (ground floor plus 1st floor) and have parking spaces with double charging stations for electric cars (from 2023: type 2 max 22KW ) and two free charging points for e-bikes/scooters. The garage is used to safely store skis and e-bikes. As a total package "House Parklife" (3 apartments), the house has a total of five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three kitchens and three living rooms so that the capacity is 10 + 5 people.
The apartments are luxuriously equipped with Iloq keys, video intercom, flat screen TV and hi-fi audio, high-quality sofa beds in the living areas create additional sleeping places at night. The large apartment on the 1st floor is extended by a 42 sqm terrace with a tent roof and a barbecue area that is protected from view and invites you to sunbathe and socialize.
Directly in front of the house there is another barbecue area with seating available to all tenants, and of course the spa and vitality park with its range of mini golf and playground/fitness facilities. We give our tenants the Sauerland or SL Sommercard, welcome to our world :-)
Conditions/extras
A reservation payment of 50% is due upon booking, upon arrival a deposit of 200€ for apartments 47 and 50, 300€ for apartment 90 or 600€ for the whole house. Free check in is from 3pm to 8pm, check out by 10am.
