Public transport is within walking distance from the property. Relax on the shared, uncovered terrace in the garden, perfect for unwinding. The communal garden and barbecue are ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing after exploring the forested surroundings. Parking is available directly in front of the house on the street. Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the apartment. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. The hosts live on site but not in the booked accommodation. Please note that no hand or bath towels are provided, but kitchen towels are available. A tourist tax must be paid on arrival.

Anreise: ab 15:00 / Abreise: bis 11:00. Zahlungsbedingung: 20% bei Buchung, Restzahlung bei Anreise.
