Description

Our vacation apartments are located in the district of Sellinghausen, a small village in the town of Schmallenberg with about 200 inhabitants. In 2021/2022 we completely renovated and refurnished our vacation apartments. We offer two apartments for rent: the apartment Stötenberg with 86 m² and the apartment Beilwert with 62m² living space. Both apartments have their own entrance and terrace. Free W-Lan is available - fiber optic connection! Our house is located in the quiet outskirts of the village, the driveway ends at our house, there is no other traffic at the house. In Sellinghausen there is a ski and toboggan lift, numerous hiking trails are directly accessible - tip: the new "Bergmannspfad Sellinghausen" from the village center! We also live in the house and are happy to answer any questions you may have about your vacation. Welcome to the Schauerte family!

Conditions/extras

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation 14 days before arrival. Please note that the prices do not include the local tourist tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
