We offer two family-friendly comfort apartments for up to 5 or 6 people under one roof, ideally suited for families with friends. Location about 5 minutes walk from the center, yet quiet and close to the forest (dead end), near ski carousel (about 15 minutes), free Wi-Fi in the house. Even your dog is welcome with us at no extra cost!

With our cozy maisonette apartment upstairs you can expect "exhilaration" in our house in the house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a spacious living / dining room and separate kitchen. The master bedroom has a new high-quality boxspring bed with barrel pocket spring mattresses, the other two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds are located in the attic, the apartment has two smaller balconies.

The house has 2 Stellpätze in the yard and storage for skis and bicycles.
Arrival from 14.00 o'clock, departure until 10.00 o'clock requested, individual arrangement possible.

Special offer for families with school-age kids (up to five people in total) during the nationwide summer holidays: From 7 nights flat rate 50 € from the 2nd night. The system does not consider the discount automatically, please contact us!

Dogs are welcome on request and live free of charge, other pets are not possible.
We ask our smoking guests to refrain from smoking inside the apartment and to use the balcony or the outside area if necessary.

Bed linen can be brought with you, for a fee of 8 € per person, we also get the beds. On request hand / bath towels for an additional charge (5 € per linen package).

The city of Winterberg charges a spa tax of 2.50 EUR per person / night (from 16 years).

As a service, we also like to pick you up from the train station. On request, we also offer you the return trip, please contact us.

Our comfortably furnished apartment "Lieblingsplatz" on the ground floor has 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed 2 mx 2 m, 1 x with chaise and bunk bed each 0.90 mx 2 m), a light-flooded living / dining room with electric fireplace, kitchen, daylight bathroom with shower and its own internal storage room (electricity connection available). In summer, the beautiful balcony invites you to linger.
