The living room and kitchen are ideally combined in an open living concept. The ceiling beams and traditional furnishings quickly create a homey feeling. And although the main house is already over 250 years old, you do not have to do without comfort here. So if the weather is not so nice, you can still spend relaxing hours. This is also ensured by the open WLAN, the flat-screen TV with satellite channels and the cozy sofa.
Do you like to travel alone? Or prefer to spend a country vacation with family or friends in the vacation apartment. On 75 square meters you have endless possibilities to spend a relaxing stay. This includes the two fully equipped bedrooms. One is equipped with two single beds and the other bedroom has three single beds. Thus, privacy is maintained and you will find a restful sleep at night and the next morning to start invigorated in an eventful day. Two bedrooms are also ideal for separate sleepers, who often shy away from a vacation due to the lack of sleeping facilities.
Do you like to have breakfast in the kitchen? Or would you rather have it in the living room? Or do you like to be tickled awake by the sun's rays early in the morning with a good cup of coffee on the veranda? The place where you want to start your day, you have to choose yourself. We have provided everything you need to prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. This includes dishes, cutlery, electrical appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and kettle. A dishwasher is also integrated into the kitchenette with a stove and an oven.
A refreshing shower after an eventful day. In our large feel-good bathroom you can let your soul dangle. Here, too, the country house concept of the whole house continues. The towel dryer provides cozy warm bath towels. The modern shower has an adjustable water jet. Bright, spacious and flooded with light, your bathroom will become your very own oasis of well-being in the Sauerland.
In all our prices the additional costs and the final cleaning are already included. The bed linen, towels and tea towels are also already included in the price. For children from 0 to 6 years there is no charge and for children from 6 to 12 years the overnight price is 5,00Euro per night accompanied by 2 adults. Dogs are welcome. We charge for 1 dog 8,00Euro per night.
In our apartments we accept a maximum of 2 dogs. When making a reservation, a deposit of 20% ( minimum 50,00Euro ) is required. The remaining amount can be transferred to our account before arrival and paid by card or cash.

Our farm is located in the Sauerland region, in an idyllic valley, far away from traffic noise and stress of everyday life. With us you can really relax in the nature with its beautiful forests and pastures, and let your soul. Children can pet the rabbits, pony ride, play in the playground, ride Kettcar and businesses many other things or take some lessons in the resort. An ideal starting point for hikes and excursions to nearby destinations.Vacation:
Type A (Holiday House Moonlight): Idyllic secluded location, just a few meters away from the farm buildings, approx 60 m², max. 4 persons, living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two separate beds and a bunk bed. Shower / WC, living room with fully equipped kitchenette and TV, for cozy warmth of the pellet stove with visible flame. For sun lovers we offer an approximately 7 square meter terrace and in bad weather a covered terrace is present.
Type B (Apartment granary): Located right on the farm, 78 m², max. 4 people, 1 living room with dining area, TV and internet, sep. Kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1x double bed / 1x2 single beds), shower / WC.
Type C (apartment Waldblick): Located right on the farm, 75 m², max. 5 people, 2 bedrooms (1 x 2 beds, 1 x 3 beds), shower / toilet, cozy kitchen with dining area, living room. Large terrace with garden furniture.
Conditions/extras
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.Sheets and towels included., Washing machine and dryer are in the yard verses are available, they can be like shared (by arrangement).
Children up to 6 years free of charge and in children aged 6 to 12 years is the room rate 5,00Euro per child, per night accompanied by 2 adults.
High chair and baby cots are available.
