Right in the middle of Winterberg´s lively city centre yet so close to nature: this attractive contrast is what stands out about our holiday flat “Citylight”. In a traffic-calmed side street you can perfectly relax. The high street “Am Waltenberg” with its shops and restaurants is in short walking distance of only 100 metres.
The furnishing of the spacious apartment will convince you with its timeless style and cosy ambience.
The modern interior is kept in light and natural colours and radiates peace and tranquillity.
The big living room offers enough space for the whole family or group of friends. Three bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds as well as an exclusively equipped daylight bathroom with shower and an additional guest toilet are available for you. On cold days you will feel at ease by the pellet stove. A huge flat screen television and free Wi-Fi will optimise your stay.
Hiking trails and bike routes are in close proximity to the flat, the ski slopes at the Herrloh mountain are not far away as well. It will only take you a few minutes to walk to the St. Georg ski jump.
You can store your sports equipment in the ski and bike room. During summer you can also use the garden for a barbecue or just to relax. A free parking lot is available. From April – October you will also receive the SauerlandSommerCard. With this card you can use a lot of leisure facilities for free.

Conditions/extras

Nach Abschluss des Vertrages erhält der Gast vom Gastgeber eine schriftlich Bestätigung, in der die Zahlungsmodalitäten mitgeteilt werden. Die Anzahlung (40 % des vereinbarten Gesamtpreises) ist per sofort fällig, die Restzahlung ist bis 30 Tage vor Reiseantritt auf das genannte Bankkonto zu überweisen, andernfalls gilt die Buchung als storniert. Bei kurzfristigen oder „Last-Minute“ Buchungen ist der Gesamtpreis sofort fällig.
Eine Kaution wird i.H.v. 200,-- bar erhoben und wird bei Abreise ebenfalls bar erstattet, sofern die Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind.
Der Gast kann jederzeit schriftlich vom Vertrag zurücktreten.
Stornierungen bis 30 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 30-14 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 14 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.
Es zählt jeweils das Eingangsdatum der schriftlichen Stornierungsnachricht.

Arrival description

Durch Winterberg führt die B236. Biegen Sie in der Stadt von der B236 erst auf "Im Hohlen Seifen" und nach rund 450m rechts auf Am Waltenberg. Die Feldstraße erreichen Sie nach weiteren 170m, biegen Sie an der Kreuzung rechts ab. Das Haus befindet sich nach ungefähr 60m au der rechten Seite.
