Description

Our holiday home is located on the corner of Wiesenstrasse and St. Hubertus, on a 1200 m² property. The house contains three comfortably and tastefully furnished apartments, where you'll find everything you need for a wonderful holiday and quickly feel right at home. The beautiful garden with several terraces, a barbecue, and a trampoline for children, along with the romantically babbling brook in the background, completes the picture. Ample parking is also available.

The house is divided into three apartments, which can be rented separately or together. Each apartment has its own entrance, accessible from the stairwell, with an intercom to ensure your privacy and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartments are very nicely and tastefully furnished, so you'll quickly feel at home. The living room has a smart TV (with streaming capabilities) and a DAB radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker (Senseo and filter coffee), kettle, dishwasher, toaster, oven, and microwave. Wireless internet is available. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement for your laundry needs. There's also a playroom in the basement equipped with all kinds of toys and books, as well as a ping-pong table. In winter, you can store your skis in the basement, while in summer there's space for bicycles, mountain bikes, or motorcycles. A high chair, crib, and changing table are provided.

Conditions/extras

A 25% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid one month prior to arrival. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, and cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Please also check your travel and/or cancellation insurance.

A security deposit of €100 per apartment is required and will be credited to your account (within two weeks) once the apartment has been properly vacated.

Of course, we have implemented all necessary hygiene and safety measures to ensure your stay is safe and enjoyable!

The minimum age for check-in is 25. We are not a party venue. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
