The 60 sqm apartment located on the ground floor convinces among other things with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with smart TV and large couch. In addition, guests can look forward to a modern bedroom, which was renovated in November 2022, and a bathroom with walk-in shower, which was completely renovated in early 2021. Furthermore, the apartment has a large terrace - this can be used especially well for barbecues, but also for breakfast outside. The fully equipped kitchen (equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler, Nespresso machine, dishwasher) with comfortable seating area is particularly well suited for extensive cooking evenings. The living room, which is connected to the kitchen by a sliding door, invites its guests in a cozy atmosphere for long movie or game evenings. Games, books and DVD's are available for the guests. The smart TV has access to the internet, allowing guests to connect their Netflix or Amazon Prime account. The large couch can sleep 2 more people if needed - making the apartment suitable for families with children up to 4 people upon request. The lovingly furnished bedroom, which was completely renovated in November 2022, is equipped with a large double bed (180x200cm), allergy comforter (also suitable for vegans) in oversize and a large closet. The apartment is rounded off by the bathroom with walk-in shower (also suitable for wheelchair users) and toilet, which was completely renovated in early 2021. Here guests will find some cosmetic items upon arrival. Towels in different sizes and toilet paper are also available free of charge in the apartment. Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioners. In addition, the apartment has a large terrace, this can be used especially well for barbecues, but also for breakfast outside. Is there anything better than starting the day with a view of the mountains? A high-speed Internet connection is also available to guests free of charge in all areas. In addition, a laundry room (washer, dryer, detergent, ironing board and iron) is available to guests for an additional fee. The accommodation is well suited for couples, solo adventurers and families. On request also happy with well-behaved animals.

Environment description

There is a golf course and mini-golf course nearby and the town centre of Wasserburg am Inn can also be reached by car in about 15 minutes. Lake Chiemsee, the Alps and the cities of Rosenheim, Munich and Salzburg can be easily reached by train - the stop is only a few minutes away by car or bike. There are also several restaurants, bars, various shopping facilities (from drugstores and bakeries to supermarkets and discounters) nearby. There is a swimming pool, the Chiemgau-Therme, the Therme Erding and various bathing lakes in the surrounding area.

From Munich via the B304 towards Wasserburg, turn right at Edling towards "Hochhaus", straight on Römerstraße and left into the street - Breitbrunn 1.  From Traunstein via the B304 towards Munich, as far as Hochhaus (Edling), turn left onto Römerstraße.
