Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in zentraler, ruhiger und sonniger Lage, direkt am Fußweg zum See (1000m zum Strandkurhaus, 500m ins Ortszentrum). Ein großer Garten mit Teich, Liegestühlen und überdachtem Sitzplatz lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die gemütliche, helle und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss mit Balkon, großem Wohnraum (SatTV, großer Flachbildschirm und Bose-Radio/CDs), Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine und separatem Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet. Kfz-Stellplatz und Fahrradgarage (abschließbar) sind vorhanden. WLAN ist im gesamten Haus/Garten verfügbar. Es ist eine nicht öffentlich zugängliche Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge vorhanden.

Description

Our vacation home is in a central, quiet and sunny location, directly on the footpath to the lake (1000m to the beach spa house, 500m to the town center). A large garden with pond, deck chairs and covered seating area invites you to relax. The cozy, bright and very well equipped apartment is located on the upper floor with balcony, large living room (SatTV, large flat screen and Bose radio/CDs), eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and separate bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with shower and bathtub. Car parking space and bicycle garage (lockable) are available. WLAN is available in the entire house/garden.

Arrival Description

Freeway A8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Traunstein/Siegsdorf, direction Traunstein, follow signs to Waging am See. In Waging first exit at Lidl left into Martinstraße. Follow the course left into Bahnhofstraße and further right into Weixlerstraße. At the end of the street turn left into Seestraße and the second turn right into Fischinger Weg. House no. 5 is located directly in the bend on the left.
