Description

Rurally located, newly renovated in 2018 and equipped to a high standard, the vacation home at the warmest bathing lake in Upper Bavaria offers space for 2-8 people. The 88sqm living area of the vacation home with south-facing balcony is located on the 1st floor. The terrace below and the spacious garden with a view of the greenery, invite you to spend cozy hours by the fire and barbecue evenings. Far away from the street, stress and noise you can enjoy peace and relaxation. In addition to 2 parking spaces, you will also find space for bicycles, roof boxes, etc. in a lockable garage. Ample space is of course also for our younger guests. The playground with playhouse large trampoline, swings, slide and sandbox is always good for an adventure. The village center is only 1 km away and also the lake is very easy and quick to reach by car, bike, or on foot. We are happy to spoil you with fresh eggs, fruit and vegetables from our garden. Also anglers can enjoy the 9 km2 of Lake Waginger and Tachinger with numerous bays, beaches and reed beds. Due to the rapid warming of the lake, the productivity of the fish stock is very high, especially pike, catfish, pike-perch and eels can reach high weights!

Arrival Description

By car: Coming from the south (Traunstein) drive straight through the traffic circle in the direction of Taching. After about 400m turn right in the direction of Freilassing. After 100m turn immediately right in the direction of Egg / Mühlberg. After the bridge you are in Egg and use the first entrance on the right.
