A highlight of the room is the large balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains, Lake Waginger See and the playground. There is also a fully equipped guest kitchen in the breakfast room. A fridge, coffee machine and kettle are provided separately for each room to make you feel at home. Towels and bed linen are provided.
For our youngest guests we offer baby equipment with cot including bed linen and high chair. Radio, satellite TV and free W-LAN are available for your entertainment.

Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem komfortablen Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett aus Naturholzmöbeln ausgestattet, die für erholsamen Schlaf sorgen. Eine gemütliche Sitzecke und ein Flachbild-TV laden zum Verweilen ein.
Das Badezimmer ist ausgestattet mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC, Fön sowie frischen Hand- und Duschtüchern. Weitere Annehmlichkeiten wie ein eigener Kühlschrank, eine eigene Kaffeemaschine und ein eigener Wasserkocher stehen euch zur Verfügung. W-LAN, Radio und Sat-TV sorgen für Unterhaltung. Für Familien bieten wir auf Anfrage eine umfassende Babyausstattung.

With a generous 86 square metres, our flat offers enough space for up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the children's room has a bunk bed - perfect for families. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape and the lake from the large window front.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, make-up mirror and towel warmer. The WC is separate. The living room impresses with cosy old wood furniture and wooden floors, which create a warm and inviting atmosphere. In the kitchen with dining area, you can enjoy meals together and create wonderful memories. In the fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, you can cook to your heart's content and feel right at home. Towels, tea towels and bed linen are provided so that you don't have to worry about a thing.
We are happy to provide baby equipment for our younger guests, including a cot with bed linen and high chair - so that even the little ones feel at home with us.
A radio, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are available for your entertainment, so that you are always well connected during your stay.

On our actively managed farm with its many animals, young and old can discover life on the farm. The nearby Lake Waginger, the neighboring Lake Tachinger and the beautiful landscape of Chiemgau and Rupertiwinkel offer numerous opportunities for varied activities and excursions in every season. Our cozy and comfortably furnished apartments and guest rooms and the open nature around the farm let you find the relaxation and recreation you want for your vacation. Vom abendlichen Mithelfen im Stall über das Füttern der Kühe bis hin zum Ponyreiten - bei uns gibt es jede Menge zu entdecken. Wer möchte, kann mithelfen, die vielen Tiere zu versorgen. Das Traktorfahren ist dabei natürlich ein absolutes Highlight für die kleinen Abenteurer! Auch abseits des Stalls kann man was erleben. Ob beim gemütlichen Lagerfeuer mit Stockbrot, beim Grillen unter freiem Himmel oder beim Toben in unserer Spielscheune - Langeweile kommt bei uns bestimmt nicht auf!

Via freeway A8 Munich-Salzburg exit Traunstein/Siegsdorf. Turn left in the direction of Traunstein. Follow the road for about 6km until you reach the traffic circle, take the second exit and drive through the tunnel, then turn right in the direction of Waging am See onto the ST2105. Follow the St2105 for about 10km until you reach the traffic circle in Waging. Leave the traffic circle in the direction of Tittmoning.
