The house is located on a quiet street without through traffic at the edge of Valbert, directly at the foot of the Ebbegebirge mountains with direct access to the quality hiking trail opposite the house. The property was completed in 2020 and is approximately 7 minutes from the highway. Various reservoirs including Bigge, Lister, Verse, Fürwigge, Sorpe and Genkel are easily accessible by bike or car.
