The non-smoking apartment is 90 square meters and consists of living room with sitting area, cable TV and a bedroom with double bed. The bathroom with shower/WC and kitchen with terrace are at the same level and can be reached via the open staircase to the villa. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the heather garden with mature trees, many azaleas and rhododendrons. In the garden there is the opportunity to grill or just relax. Public parking available at the house.

The apartment is located in the north of Dresden was built in 1910 in a villa in the district of Dresden Klotzsche/Königswald. The apartment is quiet yet easily accessible. By tram, bus or train, you are quickly in the city center and at the airport. In the vicinity there are good shops and restaurants. The Dresdner Heide is in about 15 minutes walking distance.

Which positive impressions did you get?

Strasse mit teilweise sehr schönen Villen, Netto für Einkäufe sehr nahe. Relativ kurzer Weg zur Straßenbahn.

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Leider starker Autolärm trotz der Doppelfenster ab ca. 6:00 Uhr außer am Sonnabend und Sonntag. Die Vorleger vor Toilette und Dusche sollten dringend entsorgt werden, auch Wischtuch und Schwamm für Geschirr in der Küche. Für das Trocknen der Handtücher sollte eine Art "Gestell" bereitgestellt werden. Es gibt ein kleines Gestell für Geschirrtücher. Das Haus bleibt auch bei sommerlichen Temperaturen relativ kühl.

Which positive impressions did you get?

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geraumig und übersichtlich. Die Feirenwohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Eigentümer sind sehr gastfreundlich und immer, da wenn an Fragen hat. Die Lage ist sehr schön, vorallem ruhig und erholsam.
