The 4-star apartment hotel "Neumarkt", is situated right in the heart of Dresden's Old Town, on Neumarkt square close to the world-famous Frauenkirche (Church Of Our Lady). Thanks to its central location and the excellent connections to public transport, our apartment hotel is the ideal base from which to get to know the historic attractions and sights of beautiful Dresden. Newly opened in June 2008, all comfortable apartments and suites of Aparthotel "Neumarkt" are the demonstrable choice for clients seeking that something special . Some apartments are handicapped accessible while some are equipped with allergy friendly parquet. The comfortable equipped apartments, which have a size of 40 - 100 sqm, are used by tourists as well as tour groups, business travellers, and long-term renters. Some of the apartments feature a balcony, and many offer a direct view onto Neumarkt square.

Cancellation / payment conditions

Cancellation has to be made always in written form and takes effect not until Aparthotels An der Frauenkirche has confirmed it. Leider konnten wir in das Appartment erst nach 17 Uhr Kleiner Hund kostet pro Nacht 15,-- E. Der Preis war vorher nicht im Internet ersichtlich. Soviel haben wir in anderen Hotels noch nie bezahlt

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut mitten im Zentrum von Dresden gelegen, man sieht direkt an die Frauenkirche. Trotzdem ist sie sehr ruhig. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, ein grosses Bad und eine Küche. Alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Die Räume waren großzügig und sauber. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und superfreundlich.

Die zentrale Lage in der Stadt, so dass wir -entgegen der ursprünglichen Absicht - den Pkw in der Tiefgarage des Hotels stehen lassen konnten. Die Tiefgarage, von der aus mit dem Fahrstuhl das Apartment ohne Probleme erreicht werden konnte. Ein durchgehend sehr freundliches Personal in der Rezeption des Hotels, das stets hilfsbereit auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche einging. Ein u. E. angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Eigentlich gar keine, wenn wir einmal davon absehen, dass es am Abreisetag offensichtlich technische Probleme in der Tiefgarage gab, um das Rolltor in der Weise, wie vorgegeben, zu öffnen. Soweit wir wissen, sind Sie aber auch nur Mieter der Stellplätze für die Pkws der Gäste.

die Apartments sind \"riesen\"groß und sehr gepflegt. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt SEHR geeignet. Leider konnte ich in überschaubarer Nähe keinen Supermarkt zum Einkaufen (...für spätere Besuche...) entdecken. Ideale Lage!
