Short Characteristics

The Palais is situated in the fabled Königsstrasse and overlooks the ‘Dreikönigskirche’ and the romantic lime tree square in front of the church. The exterior blends perfectly into the baroque architecture of the historic quarter of Neustadt, however the interior is set to surprise with its style mix, intensive colours and contemporary art throughout. Just 44 luxurious rooms and 14 elegant suites of very generous proportions are arranged over three floors. In the culinary department the intimate Michelin starred Caroussel restaurant with 50 seats has moved over from the Bülow Residenz to find a new home at the Palais. In addition the Palais Bistro will serve light German cuisine. The good feel factor is rounded off with a cosy bar and an exclusive cigar room. Two generous and bright conference rooms offer latest technology for meetings and business gatherings and a superb fitness and spa area with sauna and cosmetic sections are completing the picture at this stunning new hotel.

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Beim Abendessen im zugehörigen Bistro war der gewählte Wein nicht mehr verfügbar (um 18 Uhr zur Abenderöffnung). Die alternative Empfehlung wurde uns ohne Erwähnung des deutlich höheren Preises angeboten. Hätte mir hier ein preisliches Entgegenkommen gewünscht oder zumindest die Preisnennung. Dann wäre unser Aufenthalt rundum perfekt gewesen.

Ein tolles 5-Sterne-Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung strahlte Harmonie und Ruhe aus, mit Liebe zum Detail. Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals waren zu jeder Zeit sehr angenehm. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr einladend gestaltet. Das Frühstück war ein kleines kulinarisches Erlebnis und lud zum längerem Verweilen ein.

E war ein wirklich sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Bülow-Palais-Hotel. Es gab keinerlei Negatives, was ev. verbesserungswürdig sein könnte! Das Personal war äußerst angenehm freundlich und zuvorkommend - im Zimmer fühlten wir uns sehr wohl, hervorzuheben war, dass keine Geräusche auch aus belegten Nachbarzimmern zu hören waren. Das Frühstück war hervorragend - die Betreuung von uns Gästen war vorbildlich.
