Short Characteristics

- fully equipped non-smoking apartment (50 m² ) with a balcony for up to 4 persons in a renovated Art Nouveau building
- in direct vicinity of the river Elbe (cycle path)
- conveniently located
- combined living room/ kitchen (30 m²), separate bedroom (16 m²), TV, radio, bathroom with shower/WC
- without breakfast

(The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.)

Check in / Check out

Arrival: 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Departure: until 10 a.m.
Within these times of arrival, the caretaker family Dupke will deliver the key of the holiday home. Their house is situated on Mohnstraße 52 which is in immediate vicinity to Herbststraße 3. Please contact family Dupke and agree on your times of arrival and departure.

Cancellation / payment conditions

Payment terms:
20% deposit upon booking (based on the total of the rental amount and the city tax Dresden (3, - Euro per person per night)).
The remaining amount must be transferred 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. We charge 50% up to 14 days before arrival, 80% up to 3 days before arrival and 90% of less than 3 days before arrival. If you do not arrive, we also charge 90% of the agreed total price.

Schönes kleines Apartment - gut für 2 Personen. Ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf die Elbe - gute Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Kleiner Balkon - gut zum Frühstücken. WLAN vorhanden.

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Der Fernseher ist in der heutigen Zeit ein No Go, viel zu klein und keine privaten Programme, nicht einmal NDR. Das sollte für den Preis von 75 Euro pro Nacht schleunigst geändert werden.

Von der Wohnung aus konnte man öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut erreichen. Vor allen Dingen lag diese sehr zentral zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf.

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Leider war durch das Hafenfest der direkte Zugang zur Elbe nicht möglich. Es war ein wenig irritierend, dass man für das Passieren Geld zahlen sollte. Somit mussten wir einen Umweg in Kauf nehmen und die \"Lage direkt an der Elbe\" war für uns wenig gegeben.
